Glasgow Law Practice
Multidisciplinary Law Firm · Scotland · 49-day deployment
”The Challenge”
Glasgow Law Practice was generating strong inbound web traffic, but a significant proportion of enquiries were arriving outside office hours, effectively going unanswered until the next working day, or lost entirely. The firm had no structured way for potential clients to self-serve beyond business hours.
“How ReceptIO Helped”
ReceptIO deployed an AI intake agent that captured and qualified inbound enquiries around the clock. It handled 10 distinct practice areas automatically, collected full contact details from the vast majority of leads, and converted its first real enquiry before the team had even completed their own go-live testing.
Brendan Kearney Solicitors
Personal Injury & Medical Negligence · Northern Ireland · Active Partnership Model
“The Challenge”
Brendan Kearney Solicitors, a Northern Ireland practice specialising in personal injury and medical negligence was generating a steady stream of high-quality inbound enquiries through digital marketing. The challenge was matching that quality at the point of first contact. Medical negligence enquiries arrive from individuals who have experienced significant trauma, often navigating the legal process for the first time. The practice needed an intake solution that could qualify different claim types (road traffic accidents, surgical complications, etc.) with appropriate sensitivity, book appointments directly without a PMS integration, and remain strictly within the boundaries of what an AI can do in a regulated legal environment.
“How ReceptIO Helped”
ReceptIO designed and deployed a custom AI intake flow built from the ground up to reflect the specific language, sensitivity requirements and qualification logic of a medical negligence and personal injury practice. Crucially, this was not a deploy-and-step-back engagement. ReceptIO worked closely with Eoin Kearney throughout the bedding-in period, collecting feedback from real conversations, retraining the AI on edge cases, and iterating on qualification questions. A particular focus was training the AI to gather the essential initial information a firm needs to assess a claim; reason for contact, date of incident & location without crossing into the provision of legal advice.
